Process of bending glass tubes for neon signs
- Glass tubes are used to produce neon signs. The diameter of the tube should range from 8 to 15 mm.
- The tube is then heated using burners. The burners are selected based on the glass that is to be heated and the size of the bend.
- The area of the glass which is required to be bent is heated till the point it is malleable. Once the glass is thoroughly heated, it is bent as per the design and graphics.
