灰色の色合い（はいいろのいろあい）

Hairo no Iroai (English: Shades of Gray) is a manga series I am writing. It uses concepts from the Harry Potter series, but is designed to be the polar opposite of Harry Potter. It takes many themes and ideas from the anime "Soul Eater", as well as classic stories by Shakespeare and Edgar Allan Poe.

Shades of Gray tells the story of four former wizarding school students surviving on the streets of rough towns. The story starts in Los Angeles, where muggle-born wizarding school dropout Jackson Keane is fighting a muggle spook.

I have most of the story planned out. The current organization of the story progression will take up around 10 volumes (80 chapters).

Notable Features: Black hair in front, but blonde (almost bleached) hair in back.

MADDISON GRAY

DoD: Some time in 2005
Notable Features: Is a ghost.
Magical Lineage: Half-Blood
Familiar: None
Gang Affiliation: None
Magical Talents: Is a ghost.
Strengths: Cannot be harmed.
Weaknesses: Cannot Fight
Relationships: Taught Katelyn Reid about magic.
Other Notes: Died of an overdose on muggle halucinagens (namely PCP).

Wait... Does Katelyn Reid wear a bra or anything, or is she just topless? O_O

Other than that, it sounds pretty cool.

She doesn't wear a bra, which makes it fun because I have to come up with new and interesting ways to keep it PG-13.

And because this would be frowned upon by most people who are not anime nerds, I use this to totally hate on fan services. Usually when there are fan services, if comes from a really spacey girl who is not terribly bright. In this series, Katelyn is debatably the smartest and most quick-witted character in the series which means anyone looking to enjoy fan services can find themselves conflicted.
